This facilitates consultant to provide exceptional services to our clients without compromising with the quality.
No advance payment for most programs
We take pride in announcing that we do not charge our clients in advance. Our billing method is to invoice our clients after completion of services. Our fee is due only at the time of file submission. This provides our clients’ peace of mind for the safety of their funds as well as put them in-charge of the entire process. At the end of our application process, we share entire work done on clients’ files with our respective clients for review & feedback. After clients’ approval, we proceed with submission and it is then that our fee is due.

This requires us to adopt best practices & strictly following government guidelines and regulations which in turn ensures clients’ best interests are in safe hands. Businesses run outside Canada are run by untrained, unauthorized, unlicensed agents who are not subject to any audit or checks. All legal application, legal advising, decision-making activities are done directly by licensed consultant only. This ensures best possible outcome for clients’ cases.

We take immense pride in introducing another industry leading service delivery component – “The Same Day Appointment” with the Consultant for our paid clients. It is possible client concerns are major enough and cannot be resolved by WhatsApp communication. In these cases, clients need a dedicated appointment to discuss their questions/concerns. We guarantee same-day appointments with our licensed consultant without having the client to wait several days for it.
