You, as a consumer, are entitled to use Government of Canada’s website- Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada - Canada.ca to explore all available programs and make application submissions via government portals. You are not obligated to use our services. We are in business of assisting our clients in legal advising as well as supporting them in application preparation for submission to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada as well as providing education and visa services for USA, UK and Europe.

By accepting these terms and conditions, You, as a consumer, acknowledge that the granting of a visa or status and the time required for processing this application is at the sole discretion of the government and not the RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant working with the Steer Immigration Services Ltd.). Furthermore, you acknowledge that fees are completely nonrefundable in the event of an application refusal.

Steer Immigration Services does not charge consumers in advance. All professional fees are due only after completion of our services to consumers’ satisfaction. All professional fees are collected only after the visa file is submitted to the Immigration Refugees & Citizenship Canada. Therefore, once the services are completed to consumers’ satisfaction, there is no refund possible. All paid fees are completely nonrefundable after completion of services.
