You are not obligated to use our services. We are in business of assisting our clients in legal advising as well as supporting them in application preparation for submission to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada as well as providing education and visa services for USA, UK and Europe.
By accepting these terms and conditions, You, as a consumer, acknowledge that the granting of a visa or status and the time required for processing this application is at the sole discretion of the government and not the RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant working with the Steer Immigration Services Ltd.). Furthermore, you acknowledge that fees are completely nonrefundable in the event of an application refusal.
Steer Immigration Services does not charge consumers in advance. All professional fees are due only after completion of our services to consumers’ satisfaction. All professional fees are collected only after the visa file is submitted to the Immigration Refugees & Citizenship Canada. Therefore, once the services are completed to consumers’ satisfaction, there is no refund possible. All paid fees are completely nonrefundable after completion of services.
Your Suggestions
Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements or suggestions (collectively, "Suggestions") provided by you to Steer Immigration Services Ltd. Website with respect to the website shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Steer Immigration Services Ltd. Website.

In the event of a dispute related to the Code of Professional Ethics, the consumer and Steer Immigration Services Ltd. are to make every effort to resolve the matter between the two parties. In the event a resolution cannot be reached, the consumer is to present the complaint in writing to the RCIC and allow the RCIC 30 days to respond to the Client. In the event the dispute is still unresolved, the Client may follow the complaint and discipline procedure outlined by the College on their website under the heading “File a Complaint”.

For matters pertaining to services provided for elsewhere countries other than Canada:
In the event of a dispute, you or Steer Immigration Services Ltd. Website must give the other a Notice of Dispute, which is a written statement that sets forth the name, address, and contact information of the party giving it, the facts giving rise to the dispute, and the relief requested. You must send any Notice of Dispute via email to: director@steerimmigration.com. Steer Immigration Services Ltd. Website will send any Notice of Dispute to you by mail to your address if we have it, or otherwise to your email address. You and Steer Immigration Services Ltd. Website will attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation within sixty (60) days from the date the Notice of Dispute is sent. After sixty (60) days, you or Steer Immigration Services Ltd. Website may commence arbitration.
Binding Arbitration
If you and Steer Immigration Services Ltd. Website don’t resolve any dispute by informal negotiation, any other effort to resolve the dispute will be conducted exclusively by binding arbitration as described in this section. You are giving up the right to litigate (or participate in as a party or class member) all disputes in court before a judge or jury. The dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Either party may seek any interim or preliminary injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction, as necessary to protect the party’s rights or property pending the completion of arbitration. Any and all legal, accounting, and other costs, fees, and expenses incurred by the prevailing party shall be borne by the non-prevailing party.
Submissions and Privacy
In the event that you submit or post any ideas, creative suggestions, designs, photographs, information, advertisements, data or proposals, including ideas for new or improved products, services, features, technologies or promotions on our website, you expressly agree that such submissions will automatically be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and will become the sole property of Steer Immigration Services Ltd.
